Afro Celt Sound System

A collaboration between Celtic and African musicians, formed in 1995. From 1995 through 2002 it was a collaborative collective with little structure. In 2002 programmer and sound engineer Martin Russell formalized it as a band and renamed the project Afrocelts briefly before it retunred to it's first moniker.
